You get everything in the basic tier. But you can enter unlimited books into our event & offer them as a KU option, alongside your free or paid, to maximise potential sales/earnings. Members are placed first in the regular listing. You get an Author feature on our Instagram, and guaranteed priority acceptance into our events. Each membership covers up to 2 names (your real name and/or pen names), which must be declared upfront via email and cannot be changed, shared, or transferred.
Gold and Lifetime members receive:
1 × social media feature (one-off, within the first year)
1 × mailing list feature per year (for an event they are participating in)
Features require an active membership, must be used within the allowed timeframe, and cannot be transferred or exchanged.
Members receive priority access to events, but all submissions must still follow Hive rules.
Undeclared pen names are not covered under membership and will not be accepted into events. You must declare pen names via email within 30 days of your first/last payment.

The following are not permitted anywhere within Hive:

AI-generated covers or content
This applies to all areas, including events, features, and the Hive library.
Members are not subject to standard quality checks, but any submission that breaks these rules will not be accepted.

Only one promotion or discount may be used at a time. Discounts cannot be combined.
To use partner discounts:
You must have held an active membership for a minimum of 3 months
Your membership must still be active when the service is completed
If you cancel early or attempt to bypass this:
The discount will be revoked
You will be charged the full price of the service

Monthly and yearly memberships are non-refundable.
Lifetime memberships are only eligible for a refund if the entire Hive business shuts down within 12 months of purchase.
Refunds are calculated pro rata, meaning based on the unused portion of time/value.
After 12 months, no refunds apply. -
Hive does not guarantee:
Sales, downloads, or visibility
Traffic levels or event performance
Event dates, themes, and structure are flexible and may change.
We aim to run at least one event per month during 2026, but this is not guaranteed.Membership pricing may increase over time for monthly and yearly plans. Lifetime memberships are not affected.
If rules are broken or behaviour is abusive:
One warning will be issued
Continued issues will result in removal and a permanent ban
No refunds will be issued in these cases.
